On Saturday 22nd May at 7.30 pm the Orphean Singers are giving a concert in St Mary & St Giles church for the organ fund. Several of our own Parish Singers are also members of this local four part choir, which predates Milton Keynes (it was founded in 1952).

They will be sharing their varied repetoire of popular music and will be using our new baby grand piano in the concert. Kath Hindley, their conductor, informs me that there will be a couple of solos from young local musicians as well. The concert is free entry with a retiring collection for the organ fund, and there will be delicious refreshments during the interval.  So come to Stony Stratford on Saturday night for a fun evening of enjoyable music performed by a friendly choir.
