We had a busy Lunchtime SMSG Band Concert on Thursday 12th June with two children's groups also taking part - SMSG school orchestra and Queen Eleanor School choir. It certainly brought in many parents, at least half of whom had not been before. Some of the music the band played had words projected on the screen and many people enjoyed singing along with the band.

Words used by audience were 'Delightful', 'good fun', 'excellent', 'glad I came', 'so good having the children involved', 'liked having words on the screen'.

There were more than 100 people in the church, we had 4 helpers in the kitchen and 2 technicians for the screen and projector. With the 35 children came 2 Headteachers, 3 Teachers and 2 Teaching assistants. We had £59.56 in the donations basket for the church disabled access fund.  This concert was part of Music for all at SMSG.
