'A delightful afternoon' was the consensus of opinion of those who came to hear Eleanor Hart and Richard Grylls on Sunday afternoon. Many of the audience had been to see the classic cars or had enjoyed The Big Lunch; some had planned to come and others dropped in on the spur of the moment.
Whatever the reason for attending, everyone from 3 to 93 was captivated by Eleanor's beautiful voice and Richard's skill at the piano! The music was varied, some familiar, some not so. Eleanor also brought her ukulele along to accompany herself for some pieces. Both performers gave us informative and amusing explanations of the music, which added to our enjoyment.
This was a relaxed and charming afternoon, in true StonyLive style - great music, great atmosphere, lovely people.
Thank you to everyone who supported this event and donated £63.95 for our organ fund.
